Conover, North Carolina (November 8, 2006) – A 100-gallon propane give away is just one of the prizes offered during the week of November 13 as Blue Ridge Energies celebrates its new customer service office opening at 911 1st Street West, across from K-Mart in Conover.

An open house will be held throughout the week of November 13. The first 75 new qualifying customers can also sign up for a special “lock in” price good for the entire winter. Other items and prizes will also be given away during the week of open house.

Blue Ridge Energies has served Catawba County customers with propane for the past five years. The company recently opened a retail propane heating products store and customer service office in order to provide the highest level of customer service. The store, which is located at exit 130 off I-40, sells gas logs, inserts, heaters, fireplace mantles and other hearth accessories in addition to providing residential and commercial propane service. Blue Ridge Energies also has a team of certified, experienced technicians to install its heating and hearth products, and has 24-hour customer service.
