Conover, North Carolina (November 06, 2006) – Brian Pressley has recently joined the staff of Blue Ridge Energies to manage sales for the company’s new propane office in Conover.

“We’re excited to have Brian join our team,” said Glenda Christian, chief operating officer. His reputation for providing outstanding customer care is an ideal fit for Blue Ridge Energies.

Pressley, who resides in Hickory, comes to Blue Ridge Energies from Extreme Motorcycles where he served as sales manager.

Blue Ridge Energies has served Catawba County customers with propane for the past five years. The company recently decided to open a retail propane heating products store and customer service office in order to better serve existing and new customers. The store is located at 911 1st Street West, at exit 130 off I-40 and just across from K-Mart. It sells gas logs, inserts, heaters, fireplace mantles and other hearth accessories in addition to providing customer service for propane sales. Blue Ridge Energies also has a team of certified and experienced technicians to install its heating and hearth products, and has 24-hour customer service.
