Hickory, North Carolina (October 18, 2001) – Blue Ridge Energies, a provider of propane and hearth products to the Catawba County area, recently announced Gene Church as lead service technician and Arlin York as service technician for the Catawba County office.

Church lives in Hickory and has a 15-year background in the propane business with emphasis in propane furnace systems and gas appliance installation. He is certified and has his piping license.

York, who lives in the South Mountains community, has spent the past five years in the propane business. He will work with Church to set tanks and install propane systems.
