What telephone number do I call for service?
Our number in Lenoir is 758-4401.

If I have a balance, to whom do I make my payment?

All payments must be made to Blue Ridge Energies after January 1, 2003.

Where do I send my payment?

Payments should be mailed to PO Box 112, Lenoir, NC, 28645. You may also use our convenient drive through window or night deposit box located at our customer service office.

Where is your office located?

Our customer service office is located at 219 Nuway Circle NE. After turning onto Nuway Circle from Blowing Rock Blvd, it is the 2nd building on the left, just past Blue Ridge Electric Membership Corporation’s main office. As a subsidiary of Blue Ridge Electric, we are located in the same customer service offices as the cooperative.

What hours are your offices and showroom open?

Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00 pm. You can also find customer service information on our web site at www.BlueRidgeEnergies.com.

Is after-hours/weekend emergency service available?

Yes, we have 24-hour fuel delivery service available. Emergency pricing applies for after-hours deliveries. However, all new Accugas customers are on “Keep Full” delivery status which allows you to receive the best fuel pricing and avoid after-hours delivery charges while we make sure your tank is always filled.

What payment methods are available?

Payment can be made by cash, check, or MasterCard/Visa. Customers may also set their accounts up on our budget billing option.

Do you have a filling station to fill 20# or 100# cylinders?

Yes, we have a filling station located at our Operations Office at 110 Nuway Circle just off Blowing Rock Blvd. across from the corporate office of Blue Ridge Electric. Additional filling station locations
