Our School Partners

Blue Ridge Energies is proud of our school/business partnership with William Lenoir Middle School. Each year, Blue Ridge Energies and Blue Ridge Electric meet with the principals of these schools and plan a course of action that creates a bond between the students and teachers and our companies. We believe this relationship helps in a variety of ways including attendance, reading and even behavior. Additionally, we strive to demonstrate the importance of being involved in the community.

Whether it is an ice cream party for perfect attendance or a bushel of apples for the teachers, we want to show the students, teachers and the entire school that we care about their success and their future.

Our school business partnership is a two-way street. Employees of Blue Ridge Electric and Blue Ridge Energies enjoy cards and letters from students and even performances from chorus groups, both of which helps students develop social and communications skills.
